Return & Replacement Policy

1- To ensure the quality of our products and the services, we cannot return or replace any of our products, except the following cases only:

  • • Receiving a damaged product or a damaged package
  • Change in the product taste. (Only the products that have not been used can be returned or replaced)
  • • Receiving a different product than the one that has been ordered.

2- For the replacement or return to take place, the product must be unused and in its original condition.

3- The process of returning amounts that have been paid by credit cards (Mada - Apple Pay - Visa - Master) takes up to 21 workdays.
